Review leads and plan client visits; travel to meet customers to showcase our latest compact commercial equipment and demonstrate how our solutions meet their needs. Build strong relationships, provide expert advice, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads in the afternoons, prepare quotes, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams to stay updated on product innovations. Develop relationships and sell to governmental and landscaper customer segments. Qualifications
5+ years of direct sales experience in agriculture, CCE, consumer equipment, or a related field Experience with selling techniques and sales processes Excellent communication, customer relationship, and math skills Outstanding negotiating skills Proficiency with computerized sales tools and reports Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends Ability to safely operate, mount/dismount, hook up, secure, and transport equipment Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Governmental Sales Experience Preferred Qualifications
Associate or bachelor\'s degree in business or marketing Experience with John Deere and competitive products Experience using John Deere sales computer applications and tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Additional information
If a job offer is made for this position, it will be contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test, background check, and determination of insurability for positions that require driving.
