Role Description The MSP Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and account management. This role involves identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing tailored technology solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships built on trust and performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT or MSP sales and a strong understanding of managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within SMB, healthcare, government, and industrial markets.

Conduct technology consultations to understand client challenges and align CHPC’s managed services to meet their needs.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare proposals, quotes, and scopes of work in collaboration with the technical team.

Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.

Attend networking events and community functions to represent CHPC and promote our services.

Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline tracking, and forecasting within the CRM.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in an IT, MSP, or technology services environment.

Strong understanding of managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a technical team.

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft 365.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Experience selling to medical, government, or industrial clients is a plus.
