Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and requirements and provide suitable solutions. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed about new products and competition. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline. Leverage manufacturing industry knowledge to guide customers toward optimal solutions. Collaborate with customer service and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to management. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, service, or construction sectors. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to building relationships with customers. Strong phone presence with experience dialing many calls per day. Proficiency with corporate productivity tools and web presentation tools. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity. Ability to work in a team and independently when required. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus. Equal Opportunity
