Position

Title:

Sales Coordinator The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for following up on leads who engage in 10X Health products and convert them into customers. Responsibilities

Reach out to current and potential clients to increase participation with 10X Health. Call cold leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments with Wellness Advisors. Assist in closing supplements, blood, and genetic testing orders. Maintain understanding of the sales process and demonstrate superb interpersonal skills. Document all customer conversations in the CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce) clearly and accessibly for team members. Ensure compliance with Sales Policies and keep up-to-date records of all customer interactions. Participate in daily role-play opportunities to improve sales skills and confidence. Communicate the value proposition of 10X Health to align with customer health goals. Engage with attendees at 10X Health events to drive engagement and maximize sales opportunities. Objectives

Make 200 outbound calls daily to generate new leads, with 2.5 hours of talk time per day. Send 10,000 text messages per week. Schedule appointments weekly with customers and Wellness Advisors. Assist in closing 10X Health Testing to support precision genetic and blood pipelines. Manage a pipeline of prospects using the company CRM(s) (HubSpot and Salesforce) and review leads daily to maintain pipeline health. Provide accurate information about the 10X Health System Precision Wellness model, partnership with Grant Cardone, and Executive Leadership. Ask qualifying questions to assess health goals, concerns, medical history, and other key health metrics. Maintain clear CRM documentation for fellow Wellness Team Members. Comply with sales policies and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions. Competencies

Strong ability to discuss common health concerns and reassure customers as needed. Positive attitude, high initiative, organization, and discipline in following the sales process. Ability to leverage CRM tools and take accurate customer notes. Ability to memorize the Wellness Assessment sales script without deviation. Quota focus and ability to meet sales targets for priority offers (e.g., Black Friday Deals, quarterly/monthly targets). Comfort with consistent follow-up and creative re-engagement methods (video messages, gifts, etc.). Knowledgeable of Product and Pricing Guide and up-to-date with changes. Thorough understanding of CU and Master 10X Health Products & Services like blood testing, genetic testing, and basic supplementation. Education & Experience

At least 1-2 years of work experience in a sales-specific role, with a healthcare, wellness, or medical focus. GED or high school diploma required. Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. Ability to travel locally or regionally to attend client events, conferences, and meetings as required. Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with event participants. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event scheduling needs. Compensation

This is a base + commission role with uncapped earning potential. The base salary is $48,000 annually, with 10% commission of every sale. Top performers in this role can earn $100,000+ in their first year. Diversity & Equal Opportunity
