What You'll Be Doing

Serve as primary contact for customers, ensuring a positive, seamless experience every step of the way Proactively engaging with clients to anticipate needs, address concerns, and deliver intentional support Build lasting relationships with personalized service and solutions tailored to each customer's needs Resolve service issues quickly, professionally, & with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations Partnering with internal teams to ensure all services are delivered on time and to Fike's expectations With a consultative approach, educate clients on Fikes' services that can help their businesses thrive Keep detailed & accurate data of client interaction, feedback, & service notes with consistency & quality As a brand ambassador for Fikes, you will represent our relentless commitment to details in all ways

What You Will Need to Succeed

Positive, professional attitude with a passion for delivering results Self-starter with problem-solving abilities Excellent organization and attention to detail High School diploma or GED required Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
