Account Executive

to drive growth for our

Security Division

in Houston. This role focuses on selling and implementing integrated security solutions — including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems — across markets such as commercial, education, government, healthcare, industrial, and transportation. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to contract negotiation and project delivery, working closely with our engineering and project management teams. At NCS, we design and deliver integrated security systems for a wide range of industries, partnering with trusted names to provide best-in-class security solutions tailored to each client. Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business:

Identify and pursue opportunities across Houston, develop account plans, and exceed sales quotas selling integrated security solutions (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection). Manage Client Relationships:

Act as a trusted advisor, build relationships with decision-makers, and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Consultative Selling:

Conduct site assessments, design tailored security solutions using Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Bosch, Axis, and Hanwha, and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals. Collaborate for Success:

Work with engineering, estimators, project managers, and partners to implement solutions and integrate cutting-edge technology. Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven success in B2B security or technology sales, with a focus on integrated security systems. Familiarity with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems. Technical aptitude, with a general understanding of PCs, networks, and databases. Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop strategic account plans and understand client business needs. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events. Base pay range:

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Additional compensation:

Commission Note:
