As a life care community, Lake Port Square enables aging in place, with residents able to transition from independent living to assisted living or skilled nursing care as needs change. Lake Port Square is recruiting a hospitality-focused Residency and Sales Counselor to join our team. This position works with the Director of Sales & Marketing to build occupancy through sales and move-ins. It supports lead generation, prospect handling, tours, data entry into the lead management system, and other activities necessary to achieve budgeted census goals. Responsibilities

Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing to plan and implement lead-generation activities that produce qualified inquiries to meet move-in goals. Handle inquiries via phone or in person, establish rapport quickly, and perform discovery to address prospect needs. Follow the ExSell with LCS sales process and utilize ExSell Connection Sheets. Conduct property tours, effectively overcome objections, and ask for the sale. Follow up with prospects, identify objections/needs, and make recommendations. Complete paperwork and daily data entry into the lead management system. Stay informed about competitors and identify strategies to overcome objections. Actively participate in in-house marketing events, generate resident and prospect referrals, and engage in community outreach efforts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred). Two years of experience in marketing/sales or knowledge of the senior living industry. Ability to demonstrate good judgment, time management, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Passion to serve the senior population and a track record of sales success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Benefits
