Responsibilities: Prepare and cook items according to specifications and recipes. Ensure all dishes served meet the DO & CO standards. Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations for the assigned area. Keep all areas well-organized and ensure stock refills are ready for the next day. Ensure kitchen helpers and team members follow specifications, complete documentation, and perform random checks. Lead and motivate the food production team. Support in streamlining current processes to enhance accessibility, quality, and productivity. Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Follow Personnel Practices (GMPs) and Processing Practices within the scope of the position. Train and monitor new hires and ensure adequate manpower coverage at all times. Assist with attendance and meal breaks. Qualifications: An energetic, hardworking, organized full-time Chef familiar with working in fast-paced environments. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a kitchen, preferably with large production volume. Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times.
