Inspire your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service. Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow. Launch new products and services with your District Manager and other key partners. Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer. Coach and motivate on the sales floor and handle administrative duties such as compliance and reporting. What We’re Looking For
1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment) Fully bilingual in English and Spanish Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams Exceptional sales skills with a drive to exceed performance standards Ability to motivate others and create a winning team atmosphere Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Schedule
