Monday: 9:45 AM - 1:20 PM Tuesday: No Work Wednesday: 9:45 AM - 1:20 PM Thursday: No Work Friday: 9:45 AM - 1:20 PM Saturday: No Work Compensation
Expected Hourly Rate: 20 The Role
Lead groups of students through structured games based on the Elevo curriculum. Engage students in sports, games, and other activities. Support kids’ behavioral management needs. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches. Lead outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning. Serve as a positive role model to build kids’ self-esteem and emotional wellness. About You
Experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids. Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance. Ability to improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed. Approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids. Confident leader and positive role model. Connect with students and foster positive learning experiences. Pay close attention to student needs and adjust activities accordingly. Ensure activities run smoothly within allocated timeframes. Additional Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening. 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or related fields preferred. Reliable transportation. Willing to follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school. Physical Requirements
Constant movement to accomplish tasks or move between locations. Sitting or standing for long periods. Occasional running and other strenuous physical activity.
