Lab & Research Student Assistant - Dutta F2

The University of Georgia is seeking a Lab & Research Student Assistant - Dutta F2. About the Role: Care for plants in the greenhouse, including planting, weeding, fertilizing, and watering (30% of time). Assist with field research, including collecting plant samples, labeling, flagging, and staking (20% of time). Assist with basic lab protocols, including Phytophthora isolation, Xylella isolation, DNA extraction, etc. (30% of time). Assist with basic lab maintenance and chores, including washing glassware, autoclaving supplies, preparing basic solutions and media, taking away trash, etc. (20% of time).
