Service-to-Sales Specialist Are you passionate about customer service and skilled in building relationships? Join our growing team at McCarthy Hyundai- Olathe as a Service-to-Sales Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in identifying sales opportunities within our service department. This unique hybrid position bridges the gap between service and sales, helping customers explore vehicle upgrade options while they’re in for service. Responsibilities
Proactively engage service customers in the dealership’s service drive to discuss potential vehicle upgrade opportunities. Review customers’ vehicle history, equity position, and current incentives to present tailored trade-in or purchase options. Ensure a seamless sales process when a customer is interested in upgrading. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Monitor service appointments and identify high-value opportunities based on vehicle age, mileage, and condition. Collaborate with service advisors, sales consultants, and managers to maximize conversion rates. Stay informed about current inventory, manufacturer programs, lease specials, and financing offers. Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism, product knowledge, and follow-through. Qualifications (Skills)
Outgoing personality along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in automotive sales, service advising, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally with a wide range of customers. Proficient with CRM tools and dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack). Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. McCarthy Employment Perks
