Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, driving adoption of our financial solutions. Educate enterprise clients on the value of Cashless Participation in enhancing equity programs. Build relationships with HR, finance, and legal teams at Fortune 1000 companies. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and improve client experience. Track and report sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For

3+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech sales experience, ideally in HR tech or financial services. Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth. Experience selling to enterprise clients and senior decision-makers. Self-starter mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
