Position Summary
PIPECARE Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will focus on growing and executing solution sales strategies within the premium In-Line inspection industry, building key client relationships, and contributing to our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on pipeline integrity management challenges, working with subject matter experts, and ensuring PIPECARE’s approval on bidding lists.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate relationships with key clients, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop solutions for the ILI segment.
Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute annual sales plans, including forecasting and collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations, oversee contracts, and ensure compliance.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, especially technical and operations, to align sales efforts.
Competency Requirements
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
High integrity and professionalism
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
Effective administrative management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
Proven success in sales within the oil and gas pipeline industry
Knowledge of In-Line Inspection products and market dynamics
Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience
Physical and Mental Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Mobility to perform duties in various environments
Effective communication capabilities
Focus and multitasking skills
Ability to wear safety equipment and travel as needed
