Position Summary
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs providing guidance and support to members regarding selfservice technology assisting members with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving member issues and concerns and promoting the company's products and services. What you'll do
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and guiding them on self-service technology. Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services. Assist management with supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes, and providing direction on member service approaches to ensure issues are resolved per company guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the Open Door Policy; participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organize and maintain the sales floor with proper merchandising and documentation according to policy. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift and hazardous material procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions to management. Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation by handling claims and returns, zoning areas, stocking, organizing displays, and pricing merchandise per policy; identify shrink and damages and secure fragile/high-shrink items. Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and compliance with policies across all departments. Oversee picking and staging of club pickup orders, ensuring products are selected and staged according to policy. Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; analyze information, monitor progress, and address improvement opportunities. Demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards; guide others in applying policies in business processes; assist management with addressing ethical and compliance issues. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older. 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications
