Overview
Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Stewarding team. The Stewarding Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen and dining areas. They supervise a team of stewards, oversee the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the food and beverage facilities. The Stewarding Supervisor works closely with kitchen staff, food & beverage managers, and other departments to uphold the hotel's reputation for exceptional service and cleanliness. Responsibilities

This is an hourly position with pay ranging from $29.50 to $31.82 per hour. Benefits

Proven experience working in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards in a kitchen environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of basic computer applications. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to moderate weight.
