The Guest Services Agent (GSA) is responsible for delivering excellent service that contributes to the success of the hotel. The GSA handles front desk operations, guest relations, and serves as the first point of contact for guests, representing the hotel brand. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding guest service following Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards. Register guests, issue keys, and provide hotel information. Process transactions accurately and maintain security of guest information. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and up-selling rooms. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle guest requests and special needs. Manage guest safe-deposit boxes and comply with health and safety laws. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Previous hotel or retail customer service experience preferred. Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial. Good communication, math, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera preferred. ServSafe certification required; TIPS certification preferred. Valid driver’s license. Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Additional Information
