About the Course AI Automation equips learners with the knowledge and skills to design, implement, and manage real world AI automation workflows using no-code and low-code tools. Weekly topics include:

Demoing live automations on Make.com
Workflow design and mapping

About You You bring:
7+ years of hands on experience in AI automation with a strong focus on real world business applications
Proven ability to build, troubleshoot, and present end to end automation workflows using tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and NotebookLM—bringing concrete examples into live instructional sessions
Expertise in leveraging AI tools such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT Plus to enhance automation and workflow design
Experience guiding learners through complex automation challenges with clarity and confidence, especially in Zoom based, hands on learning environments
Passion for mentoring professionals from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on skill-building and career advancement
Skilled in process mapping with tools like Miro to visually design and communicate system flows and automation logic
Ability to integrate popular business tools and platforms—including Slack, Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), and Google Sheets—into automation workflows
Comfortable using tools like Gamma to create AI-enhanced presentations and documentation that support instruction and learner understanding
Actively engaged in staying up to date on AI automation trends and best practices, with a commitment to making these technologies accessible and practical for all professionals
Instructor Role Objectives
Fully complete the course in advance, gaining hands-on experience with all tools, workflows, and assignments to provide expert-level support to learners throughout the program
Help learners apply automation skills through hands-on projects, guided builds, and real-world use cases
Support learners in troubleshooting, refining, and expanding on the course’s core workflows by drawing from your own experience building them
Inspire learners, build confidence, and foster a strong practical understanding of AI-powered workflows
Drive engagement, retention, and learner success through active, thoughtful facilitation in a highly interactive, application-based learning environment

Most learners will come into your live session having completed the week’s content and started their Playbook assignment - you’re supporting and customizing their learning, not teaching concepts for the first time

Your Duties and Time Commitment
Live Sessions (1.5 - 2 hours/week): Facilitate weekly 2-hour Zoom sessions focused on project-based AI workflow learning
Preparation (2 hours/week): Customize slide decks, review on-demand content and Playbooks, and prep for discussions
Learner Communication (30 mins/week): Participate in course Slack to answer questions and provide guidance
Debrief & Improvement (1 hour/term): Join course debriefs with Ziplines team members and instructional designers
Total: 4 hours/week for 5 weeks
