We are working with a well-funded global tech start up who is looking to expand their team. Due to their continued growth, we are looking to hire an AI Automation Engineer to join their team immediately. In this role, you will design and implement intelligent automation solutions that drive efficiency across the organization. This role blends technical skills with business problem-solving, ensuring that manual processes are transformed into streamlined, scalable workflows. We need someone with a strong background in automation, systems integration, and applied AI technologies. You’ll work across multiple departments to uncover inefficiencies, build solutions, and ensure adoption of new tools and processes. An ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, is strong with Python scripting, has worked with SQL and REST APIs, and has experience with modern orchestration platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, Prefect, or similar). This is a full time, permanent position on a remote basis. Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders across departments to analyze existing workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and prioritize opportunities for automation and AI application Architect and implement automation solutions using modern workflow tools (such as Zapier, Make, UiPath, n8n, or similar) to reduce repetitive manual tasks Build and manage integrations between platforms and applications, ensuring smooth data exchange and interoperability across business systems Introduce AI-driven processes that improve accuracy, enhance decision-making, and free up team capacity for more strategic work Partner with engineering and operations stakeholders to deliver automation projects that are reliable, scalable, and well-documented Establish performance metrics and monitoring systems that provide visibility into the efficiency and impact of automated workflows Create training resources and lead enablement sessions to help teams understand and adopt automated solutions Continuously evaluate outcomes, report on time savings and productivity improvements, and refine automation approaches based on business needs Must-Have Skills

3+ years of professional experience in process automation, systems integration, business intelligence, or related technical fields Solid skills in Python and SQL, with a track record of building and maintaining API-based integrations (REST, GraphQL, or similar) Hands-on experience using modern orchestration platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato, UiPath, n8n, etc.) to design and deploy multi-step automations Familiarity with modern AI tools, robotic process automation (RPA), or intelligent process automation frameworks Comfortable working in environments where priorities shift quickly, and able to balance multiple projects at once Strong ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes across teams Demonstrated success in delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and overall team productivity Nice to Have Skills
