About the Role:
The Account Coordinator supports the account management team by ensuring all shipments are maintained in accordance with each customer’s expectations. In the Account Coordinator position, you will collaborate with the Account Management team to schedule, track, audit, and communicate shipment data with customers. Data, such as pricing, EDI, procurement, billing, payables, and claims will be stored in company software and shared with internal and external stakeholders. Success in the Account Coordinator position requires a thorough understanding of both logistics and company processes.
What You’ll Do:
Manage received shipments with company software, email, and phone
Build shipments in company software and verify for accuracy
Schedule and quote TL/LTL shipments to customer expectations
Track shipments with updates as requested and resolve in‑transit issues
Problem solve with your team to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate, document, and report to internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years working in a freight brokerage or 3PL
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
A positive attitude and the desire to make an immediate impact
Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and basic business software
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to build strong relationships focused on customer service
