Learn more at www.fisherstech.com. Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to support growth in our Eastern Washington and North Idaho territory, based in Spokane. The manager will deliver accurate forecasts and meet budget projections, spending approximately 60% of their time in the field working with their team. The role involves supporting Account Managers, recruiting, driving sales success, and fostering a high-performance sales culture within the territory. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Lead and manage the sales team in your territory. Recruit, train, onboard new account managers, provide coaching, mentoring, and conduct performance evaluations.

Provide product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and relevant training to meet sales targets. Develop prospects, conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and prepare proposals and bids. Encourage cross-selling of Fisher’s products and services. Ensure quarterly business reviews are conducted with major accounts.

Support account managers in achieving sales quotas for products and services, monitoring territory performance, identifying growth opportunities, and making adjustments to optimize sales activities.

Manage sales activities to support overachievement, territory coverage, and customer satisfaction. Ensure proper use of Fisher’s CRM for tracking prospecting and pipeline progress. Provide bi-monthly reports on pipeline status for each team member.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Participate in sales meetings, negotiations, and presentations. Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure satisfaction.

Help resolve field issues to ensure timely closure of problems.

Engage in community organizations, networking groups, and local events to build brand awareness and generate new business. Support RFP processes and deliverables.

Assign roles, ensure deadlines are met, review, and edit RFP submissions.

Qualifications A 4-year degree is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Windows, SharePoint, and Word. Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Previous management and sales experience required. Benefits
