RN or LPN - Assistant Wellness Director - Up to $45/hr
We are seeking an RN or LPN to join as an Assistant Wellness Director to support resident wellness and care services in an assisted living setting.
This leadership role partners with the Resident Care Director to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision. It is ideal for a licensed nurse with leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living.

Pay is up to $45/hour with direct hire benefits that include medical, dental, 401k and more which will kick in upon starting.
The schedule is consistent with this role being Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional on-call schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and support Memory Care and Resident Care Assistants
Manage resident assessments, admissions, and individualized care plans
Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with state standards
Communicate with families regarding resident needs, health changes, and incidents
Coordinate pharmacy deliveries, audits, and medication systems
Requirements (Must-Haves):
Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
Proven experience supervising staff in a healthcare or senior living environment
Strong knowledge of Massachusetts assisted living regulations
Proficiency using MS Office and documenting/tracking resident care
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
Background in dementia or memory care (certification preferred)
Experience working with residents who have complex care needs
Demonstrated success in coaching, staff development, or performance improvement
