Resident Care Supervisor - Up to $45/hr
We are looking for a Resident Care Supervisor to lead resident wellness and care services within an assisted living community. In this role, you will partner with the Resident Care Director to maintain high-quality care, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strong staff supervision. This opportunity is well-suited for a licensed nurse with proven leadership experience in assisted living, senior care, or long-term care.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and provide support to Memory Care and Resident Care Assistants Direct resident assessments, admissions, and the development of individualized care plans Oversee medication administration while ensuring full compliance with state regulations Maintain clear, compassionate communication with families about resident needs, health updates, and incidents Manage pharmacy coordination, including deliveries, audits, and medication systems Qualifications: Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts Supervisory experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior care Knowledge of Massachusetts assisted living regulations Proficiency with MS Office and ability to document/track resident care Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing Nice-to-Have Experience: Dementia or memory care experience (certification preferred) Skilled in supporting residents with complex care needs Experience in staff coaching, team development, and performance improvement
