Full time, day shift - onsite required Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, all employees must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents. Responsibilities: Internal Audits Generate and Disposition NCRs RCCA, 8D, 5 Why, Corrective Actions Audits Training Performing quality reviews of planning of processes Assist in quality clinics, nonconforming material review and disposition Other duties as assigned by leadership. Basic Qualifications: Good understanding of FAIRS, inspection, PPAP, APQP is required Problem solving in a fast pace environment Ability to work well with a team or independently as needed Minimum 5 years’ experience in aerospace field Must meet the US Person requirement due to ITAR Preferred Skills: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering etc. Preferred Team oriented company with top paying wages and benefits in the valley in regards to the Aerospace Industry. To qualify for consideration, all candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week in a fast paced, high-demand, quality environment. All candidates must also have sufficient verbal and written communication skills as well as good problem solving skills.
