About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, providing specialized, school-based therapy to K-12 students with special needs. This role involves travel to school sites and providing support on proprietary company platforms such as VillageED and iTAAP. What You’ll Do Implement therapeutic activities to help students with sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and daily living activities. Provide training to school staff and parents on how to incorporate therapy goals into daily routines. Document student progress by maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions for IEP reports. Collaborate with other professionals by participating in IEP meetings to support students. Travel to school sites across California and occasionally to our Pasadena, CA, for corporate meetings. Provide client support on VillageED and iTAAP platforms. What You Bring State Board Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
