Our client is seeking an
Inside Sales Engineer
to join their Instrumentation and Automation team. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for technical problem-solving. You’ll work directly with customers and support outside sales representatives by providing product expertise, order management, and solutions that keep projects moving. What You’ll Do: Receive and process customer orders by phone, email, and fax Provide quotes, pricing, and order status updates Recommend technical specifications and product selections Build strong relationships with vendors to support customer needs Assist walk-in customers at the counter/will call Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or fluid power products Strong customer service and communication skills, with extensive phone experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High School Diploma or GED (degree a plus) Purchasing, sourcing, or replenishment experience preferred Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn Why Apply?
