Structural Engineer

with 8+ years of experience in the

wireless/telecommunications industry

to join our dynamic team in

Towson, Maryland .

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the infrastructure of tomorrow, with exciting projects that range from cutting-edge wireless facilities to bridges, retaining walls, and other unique structural designs. No two days are the same, and your engineering creativity will always be put to good use.

Responsibilities:

Lead and design structural solutions for a diverse portfolio of wireless and non-wireless projects, including telecom towers (monopoles, guyed and self-supporting), building mounts, water tanks, and custom structures.

Manage projects from start to finish—from proposals and team coordination to system selection, planning, and construction oversight.

Participate in occasional site visits, inspections, and client meetings that keep you connected to your projects in the field.

Take ownership of project quality and efficiency, ensuring that deliverables are accurate, timely, and exceed expectations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (PE license required; Master’s degree a plus)

Proficiency in structural design of steel, concrete, and wood

Strong experience with RISA Suite (RISA-3D, RISA Foundation, RISA Connection)

Familiarity with tools like tnxTower, Enercalc, L-Pile, Excel, and AutoCAD

A collaborative spirit with a desire to mentor junior engineers and review technical work

Business development savvy and a proactive mindset

Aspiration to be a go-to technical leader and serve as Engineer of Record
