STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
for our Orlando, FL office. Candidates should have 5 or more years of experience in structural design. The employee in this position will work on an ever-changing mix of projects, which could include buildings, mid-rise and high-rise concrete buildings, multi-family projects, retaining walls, bridges, and telecommunication facilities (towers, water tanks, buildings/rooftops, foundations, and antenna mounts). Outstanding oral and written communication skills are essential.
Senior Structural Engineer Responsibilities and Requirements:
Analysis, design, and detailing structural elements for steel, masonry, and concrete buildings Preparation of proposals, design, planning, and direction of construction document preparation Incorporate sound structural engineering principles utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood BS degree in Structural Engineering; PE a plus but not required Proficiency using AutoCAD required Revit Structure and/or Risa-3D a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills
