Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering; or relevant technical degree and experience Over 3 years of professional experience in mechanical (HVAC) building design Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and HVAC load calculation/modeling software like Trane Trace or Carrier HAP PE License preferred, or willingness to attain Strong passion for sustainability and innovation in design Experience with Revit and LEED Accreditation are pluses Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency Valid US driver\'s license and ability to access construction sites Responsibilities
