The Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Qualifications
of Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state Massachusetts
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
