Per Diem Nurse

The RN, LPN will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment. Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager. The RN, LPN will perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care (POC). Monitor residents\' conditions and report accordingly. Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders. Qualifications
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required. A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state of Massachusetts. Valid BLS Certification (CPR). Ability to work with multiple patients at once. Benefits
