The Quality Engineer III (QE) is responsible for various phases of managing the NAT approved Quality System. This position requires analytical capabilities, demonstrated problem solving experience, and team-building skills. The Quality Engineer works directly with all departments at NAT and its suppliers and reports directly to the Director of Quality. Manage NAT's nonconformance process, tool calibration and conduct investigations and corrective actions into product failures and external and internal non-conformities. Conduct internal and external quality audits of NAT's Quality Management System (QMS) and suppliers. Assist Quality leadership in regards to testing/inspecting process for related products. Assist testers and other personnel with the use of the various tools and testing techniques that Quality employs. Pull monthly metrics on defects, and conduct pareto analysis of defects. Conduct contract review as quality engineering focal, and ensure customer requirements are flow to the organization and suppliers as applicable. Manage document updates and approvals through internal document control system Manage drawing review and approvals for Quality Department. Identify required tooling and inspection equipment as part of new product introduction. Serve as quality focal for Integrated Product Teams as applicable. Other duties assigned by Quality department management. Working in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems required Skills/Abilities: Mathematical and technical skills Investigative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to think logically and methodically Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills Ability to communicate at all levels. Computer Skills (MS office products) Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner Team Building Working Conditions

Working hours: Regular manufacturing hours, but overtime may also be required. In addition, weekend and on-call work may be required. Primarily warehouse and manufacturing environment Consistent use of computer keyboard and monitor Some travel may be required Annual salary
