Job Title: LabView Test Engineer

Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina

Accountabilities:
Ensure the implementation of actions according to the manufacturing action plan (audit, failure analysis, improvement plan, etc.).
Collaborate with internal and external test and IT resources to ensure proper operation of test software and data systems (SQL database server), including data maintenance.
Report issues to R&D and update documentation through forms and markups.
Assist in analyzing and improving production test yield by identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
Support technology transfers of test processes across the global supply chain.
Define test requirements and develop test processes for new products as part of the new product introduction team.
Implement new test processes and tools as per action plans.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with NI LabVIEW and TestStand.
Proficiency in Microsoft 360 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
Basic software writing and editing skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of electronics and electrical schematic analysis.
Mechanical aptitude for using tools to disassemble and reassemble test equipment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Internships in manufacturing environments (PCB manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, etc.).
Skills in Microsoft Windows hardware and software (Windows 98, XP, 7, 10).
Networking setup and troubleshooting experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, computer science, software, or related engineering disciplines, with a preference for electrical engineering.
Junior or senior standing or enrolled in a master’s program.
