Enhancement Manager . Here’s what you’d do: The Enhancement Manager (EM) schedules and directs personnel and resources to provide quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients. EMs support the Account Manager(s) in estimating, design, and client meetings, and also sell enhancement services independently. The EM oversees a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams, training and developing team members through daily operational scheduling and guidance. You’d be responsible for: Understanding client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s) Managing all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors Inspecting properties prior to service to prepare specific action plans Understanding irrigation systems, identifying repairs or adjustments, and communicating recommendations Monitoring landscapes post-service for insect or disease problems Performing hands-on work with crews as needed to meet schedules Implementing and enforcing BrightView policies and procedures regarding equipment upkeep, storage, use, and training Working with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, hire crew members, and prepare daily schedules Ensuring proper documentation for employee changes and hires Communicating with, coaching, training, disciplining, reviewing, and developing employees’ growth plans Providing hands-on training on equipment operation, pruning, safety, and quality standards Focusing on safety and monitoring safety records Managing administrative systems like timesheets, job databases, and service schedules Ordering materials, monitoring costs and deliveries Requesting purchase orders in accordance with company guidelines Assisting in enhancement sales tasks as needed You might be a good fit if you have: A minimum of a 2-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience At least 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience in the landscaping industry or related marketplace, including 1 year supervisory experience Obtain and maintain a PLANET Certification (Hard and Softscape Installation) Here’s what to know about working here: At BrightView, we’re passionate about caring for our clients and each other.
