Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic
Sales Director – Data & AI Services
to lead go-to-market efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our enterprise client base. In this role, you will be responsible for selling high-impact solutions across data modernization, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud-native platforms. This is a key leadership position with the opportunity to shape client transformation initiatives across industries. Own and drive revenue growth for Data & AI service offerings across targeted accounts and industries. Build and manage a strong pipeline through new business development and client referrals. The ideal candidate should have a healthy book of accounts that he/she has cultivated over time. Understand client needs deeply to position customized solutions in areas such as
Data platforms (Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Cloud Data Warehousing) Advanced analytics and business intelligence AI/ML use cases (predictive analytics, generative AI, computer vision, NLP) Cloud transformation and data governance
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery leads, and marketing to craft winning proposals and account strategies. Lead complex sales cycles from qualification through closure, including contract negotiation. Forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene with a disciplined sales process. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client workshops. Provide client and market feedback to inform product, service, and go-to-market strategy. Work with offshore teams across time zones. Key Skills Required:
15+ years of experience in IT services/consulting sales, with at least 5 years in Data & AI. Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets in enterprise or strategic accounts. Deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML trends, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake). Has a strong network of relationships across CIO, CDO, and VP-level executives. Experience in selling to Fortune 1000 clients across verticals such as BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Qualifications:
