Save Job

Overview Type: Full-time, long-term pipeline in South Puget Sound

Are you the person who can take a 70-unit build from dirt to finish without dropping a single milestone?

We’re hiring a hands-on leader to run ground-up multifamily projects on site. This is a Superintendent + Project Manager hybrid role for someone who has owned full-cycle delivery under a General Contractor - from permits and site work through punch and closeout. If you’ve only managed a single trade or worked for a subcontractor, this isn’t the right fit.

What you’ll lead

Full-cycle field leadership: Mobilization to final punch on multifamily ground-up projects.

Schedule and trade coordination: Build and drive the master schedule, sequence subs, resolve conflicts in real time.

Quality and compliance: Daily QA/QC walks, documentation, and close coordination with inspectors and civil consultants.

Contracts and controls: Review scopes, enforce site standards, manage COs with clear documentation of cost and time.

Communication cadence: Keep owners, internal leadership, and consultants aligned with timely updates, photos, and progress logs.

Site readiness and safety: Maintain a professional, safe, and inspection-ready jobsite at all times.

What success looks like

Milestones hit on time, trade partners show up ready, and inspections pass without drama.

Issues are surfaced early and solved before they touch the schedule.

Closeout is clean because documentation stayed tight from day one.

Not a fit

Candidates whose experience is primarily with one trade only (electrical, concrete, landscaping, cabinets, windows, asphalt, etc.) or who have not managed ground-up multifamily under a GC.

Location and schedule

Primary site: Olympia, WA and nearby Puget Sound locations.

Commute: Preference for candidates who can commute sustainably.

If you’re within ~90 minutes: A 4-10s schedule with local lodging can be considered.

Start: ASAP, pending interviews and onboarding.

Tools and support

Company-provided laptop and phone.

Clear processes and responsive leadership via calls and Zoom - you run the field, we remove roadblocks.

How to stand out

Send a brief project list highlighting multifamily ground-up work with unit counts, budget, and your role from mobilization to closeout.

Note your earliest start date and commute plan to Olympia.

Compensation and benefits

Compensation: DOE based on experience and recruiter evaluation.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (50% employer-paid), 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, mileage reimbursement, company card for approved expenses.

Environment Environment: Supportive, process-driven, with strong tools and leadership to keep projects on track.
