Key Responsibilities:
Conduct geological site investigations and provide detailed reports
Assess geological hazards and provide foundation recommendations for engineering designs
Perform field mapping, subsurface exploration and lab analysis of soil samples.
Develop erosion control plans and advise on environmental impact considerations
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Education:
BS/MS in Geology, Engineering Geology or related field Certification:
CEG or PE certification in CA required (CEG preferred) Experience:
5+ years in engineering, project management, or related field. Skills:
