Key Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in construction.
Proficiency in using estimating tools, especially Bluebeam.
Strong grasp of project management principles including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent negotiation skills with contractors and suppliers.
Spanish fluency is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Familiarity with on-site operations and safety practices.
