Department: Baptist Health Family Clinic-Perryville Shift: Day Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-12p and 1p-5p Summary: The nurse is responsible for patient preparation, assisting the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries. Performs diagnostic tests, administers medications, and provides patient education in the clinic. Maintains equipment and acts as a liaison between the physician and outside agencies, including hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMO's, and other physician's offices, as well as with patients. Supports other medical staff to maintain patient flow and maintains accurate documentation. Other information: Current Arkansas nursing license. Degree from an accredited institution.
