What You'll Do: The Youth Focus’ My Sister Susan’s House (MSSH) provides supervised housing for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21 for up to 18 months. The Program Coach provides support to youth in a residential setting, helping them learn independent living skills. Responsibilities include assisting clients with goal setting, case management, facilitating groups, supervising outings, providing transportation, ensuring the house is clean and tour-ready, administering medications as needed, and providing overall support in a therapeutic environment. A full job description can be provided to interested/qualified candidates. Qualifications Education and Experience Minimum of 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience with the target population preferred. Applicants must be female, as this program serves expectant or new mothers. The staff member works alone for most of the shift and is responsible for room checks, assisting with personal hygiene, breastfeeding, and pre- and post-natal care.
