We’re looking for high-autonomy, entrepreneurial Product Managers to build high-impact solutions for small businesses and their employees. The Revenue Systems team is responsible for the system that determines who, what, and when to communicate with customers, including product, sales, and lifecycle communications. This involves building audience management and decisioning systems that coordinate actions across all revenue channels. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day

Ownership : Manage the revenue communications system, including in-product communications, sales calls, and lifecycle communications Content management (CMS tools such as Contentful), audience creation (CDP tools such as HighTouch), and decisioning systems (orchestration tools such as Marketo and Iterable, plus AI-based decisioning) North Star : Contribute to the company revenue goals, with revenue systems expected to contribute to a 10-20% lift in aggregate incremental revenue in any year Collaborate : Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Sales teams (Revenue Ops, Lifecycle, Onboarding, Activation) Here’s what we’re looking for

8+ years of direct product management with revenue systems experience Direct experience with eventing & instrumentation, data warehouse configuration, CDP, CMS, and orchestration tools Experience integrating applied AI technologies into revenue systems Deep technical familiarity with revenue system stack Both product and technical sensibilities regarding infrastructure development for revenue attainment Ability to envision a large, complex system and systematically execute against that roadmap If you don’t meet all criteria but are interested, please apply. Cash compensation for this role is $179,000/yr to $224,000/yr in Denver and most major metro locations, and $210,000/yr to $263,000/yr for San Francisco, Seattle, and New York. Final offers depend on location, experience, and expertise and may vary from the listed ranges. Where do PMs at Gusto work?

We have offices in Denver, San Francisco, and New York with remote team members across the US and Canada. We are actively hiring for hubs in Toronto, Los Angeles, and Seattle.
