Physician Assistant
to join our
Rheumatology
practice at
M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center – Maple Grove . We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities. Practice Details
Openings: 0.8 FTE Monday – Friday, hours dependent on patient needs Patient encounters average
8-12 patients per day One rheumatologist physician at Maple Grove Additional specialist on site to offer real-time consultants Established referral base
of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians Fully integrated
Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant training program BC/BE through the NCCPA Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges Demonstrated experience in rheumatology is essential Community Information
