We are seeking a college planner at our Springfield, MO office - someone who will work collaboratively with a team to provide direct college planning to high school students through individual meetings. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, dedicated to the needs of our clients, and willing to learn and execute a proven system for delivering college planning. College Advisor Responsibilities

Deliver effective meetings with students to educate and empower them on navigating the college process using Class 101 curriculum. Encourage, motivate, and keep students on track as they progress through the college admissions process. Serve as a reliable source for students and families. Meet deadlines for submitting applications. Guide students through the essay writing process to create and refine main, supplemental, honors, and scholarship essays. Skills and Requirements

Undergraduate degree in an applicable field of study, including business, education, and social sciences, or equivalent related career experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends. Excellent relationship‑building skills, particularly with teenagers. Strong organizational skills. Ability to learn and execute a proven system. Ability to meet deadlines. Experience with and willingness to lead a classroom setting, facilitating learning for up to 20 students. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media and social media marketing is a plus.
