We are seeking energetic individuals to join our Business Development Team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their Salesman. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will responsible for follow up with potential customers via phone calls/emails/texting etc. You are their liaison to the dealership and the purchase of their vehicle.

This is a shift position: some nights, days and weekend hours (closed Sunday). Base hourly plus commission (Commission is based on appointment set that show for their appointments) We are always looking for a qualified individuals to join our sales teams.

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and text.
Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Present basic financing specials/rebates and options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show appointments and other leads as well
Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily (knowledge of Elead a plus)
Qualifications
At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Strong Multitasking skills
Reliable, self motivated and able to work independently
Must have strong computer skills (Knowledge of Elead a plus)
Must meet/exceed monthly goals(calls/emails/text/appointments) and keep record of Set/Show/No Show/Sold Appointments
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Valid Drivers License (must submit DMV driving record)
