Service BDC Representative
to join our high-performing service team. What You'll Be Doing: Promptly and professionally answer inbound service calls Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on missed visits, and notify customers of upcoming maintenance needs Schedule service appointments using dealership tools and software Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth appointment flow Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system Assist in resolving customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate team member Support service campaigns by reaching out to customers for recalls or special promotions Consistently meet and exceed individual performance and call volume goals What You Bring to the Team: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred; automotive BDC experience is a plus Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently Friendly, positive attitude with a strong team spirit Experience with dealership CRM/scheduling tools (e.g., Xtime, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is helpful but not required-we'll train the right person High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Paid training and advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matc A supportive, team-oriented work environment where your voice matters Why Ford of Pleasanton?
