Oversee daily operations and appointment scheduling for our sales team

Confirm customer appointments and ensure scheduling accuracy

Manage inbound and outbound call flows

Maintain top-tier customer service standards

Monitor and meet performance goals, quotas, and KPIs

Work closely with sales and operations to optimize results

What You Bring: Prior experience managing a call center or customer service team

Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

Comfortable with evening and weekend availability
