Job Description
The Program Owner will develop, implement, and maintain the Certification Office Quality Management Systems to show compliance with relevant CASCO standards and Cybersecurity regulations/schemes. Manage and implement projects for the certification office, ensuring effective and efficient processes and systems. Provide leadership and guidance to team members in support of certification programs. Attend regulatory and standardization committees related to the schemes. Interface with stakeholders to ensure certification programs meet customer and internal stakeholder needs. Implement metrics to monitor and demonstrate the success of certification schemes operations and improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to improve quality and drive business into UL's services. Lead cross-functional teams to analyze new opportunities and achieve necessary credentials. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in conformity assessment, with a focus on cybersecurity regulations/schemes. Minimum 10 years’ experience in the testing, inspection, and certification field. Deep understanding of the Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 and related requirements. Demonstrated experience in building and achieving new certification office accreditations/notifications. Deep understanding of product certification scheme operations and requirements. Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17021-1, and ISO/IEC 17020. Natural influencing skills, confident, and able to deliver the message. Ability to network and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent communication in English, both in speaking and writing. What We Offer
