The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple’s media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One. This role requires a self-driven and solutions-oriented innovator to design marketing automation flows and launch multi-channel customer communications for Apple services. The Growth Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with various teams including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications including notifications, ultimately driving awareness, acquisitions and engagement of Apple services and products. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the Growth Operations Manager will think strategically, execute flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization. Description

The Growth Operations Manager will develop, test, and deploy customer journeys. This involves assessing product and strategic objectives, platform capabilities and data needs. Given the complexities of their global large-scale projects, they will collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to ensure that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly shared and addressed. As their projects progress, they will be responsible for troubleshooting and working through complex roadblocks across multiple cross-functional teams, with a solutions mindset. In addition, the Growth Operations Manager will support innovation and learning through the following: Responsibilities

Optimize performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and overall program improvement. Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity and identify and communicate issues to internal teams. Identify key opportunities for innovation in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling. Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource. Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives Technical proficiency in building automation flows with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle Responsys Proven experience with logical reasoning and critical thinking Experience using SQL to target customers through customer segmentation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Preferred Qualifications

Willingness to take action, be resourceful, cut through ambiguity, and remove roadblocks Experience driving excellence to deliver projects with high attention to detail and quality Ability to think clearly with a strategic mindset when making decisions for any situation Teammate mentality with strong consideration for impact on team members Effective and persuasive communication skills in all mediums to gain support, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas across disciplines Experience managing a robust schedule of campaigns, in both complexity and volume, while effectively prioritizing and communicating with key stakeholders Experience managing others in either direct or indirect means A passion for Apple products and services and a deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware (Mac OS, iOS, Apple Music, iTunes, App Store, Books, Podcasts, Apple Pay, Apple TV, Apple News, Apple Fitness+, Apple One, etc.) Note: Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $275,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock units, and can purchase Apple stock through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
