Lee Health Heart Institute is seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers to support our Open Heart ICU Team!
The Heart Institute is growing! We are expanding to support the community and adding to our already robust interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery services lines. The Advanced Heart Failure program has launched, bringing new opportunities and additional acuity to our patient population. If you are an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant competent in managing critical care patients, open heart patients, those requiring mechanical circulatory support, and ECMO, then this position is for you. Position Description: Located at Lee Health HealthPark Medical Center Shift-based positions, days and nights available EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both inpatient and outpatient settings Requirements: Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program with current, active Certification Active, unrestricted license in the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain this license prior to start Current BLS and ACLS required Experience working with Cardiac and Critical Care patients Clear and active license in the state of Florida, or the ability to gain a Florida license prior to start Benefits: Offers a competitive compensation package with salary, benefits, and employee wellness opportunities Generous paid time off to enjoy the beautiful SW Florida weather and beaches, and CME Days Malpractice and Tail Coverage provided 403(b) retirement plan with match and 457(b) enhanced retirement option Participation in the Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program About Lee Health: Lee Health is a private, non-profit comprehensive health system located off the Gulf Coast of Florida.
