Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. Provide administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment. Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes. Discuss healthy lifestyle options with patients, perform diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Encourage patients to participate in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management. Qualifications

Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning (including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention and STI prevention and safer sex practices). Order and administer immunizations and injections (e.g., COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide evidence-based vaccine counseling and education. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Proficiency in additional languages (including Spanish) depending on the market. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation. Pass a FIT test and wear a provided respirator mask when required. Preferred Qualifications

If less than 1 year of licensed provider work experience, prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic is preferred but not required. Epic experience preferred. Education

Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related master's degree or equivalent experience with Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the role. Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $46.03 - $99.14. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits
